College Credit Plus
Get a head start on college while you're still in high school. FHS students in grades 9 through 12 can take real college courses, tuition-free, and earn credit toward both a diploma and a degree at the same time. It's a faster, more affordable path to whatever comes next.
COST
No cost to families
Tuition, books, and fees are fully covered when you take courses at a public Ohio college. FHS also provides COTA bus passes to help you get there.
APPLY
Who can apply
Open to students in grades 9 through 12 who meet at least one of the following: a remediation-free score on the college placement test, a 3.0 GPA, or a recommendation from a school counselor or principal.
CREDITS
How credit works
Every 3 credit hours of college coursework counts as one full high school credit, and it shows up on both your high school and college transcripts.
